Nissan Navara 'best bet' for those looking for strong all-rounder

Those looking for a good all-round pickup truck leasing vehicle may want to consider the Nissan Navara.
According to a review by Farmers Weekly motoring journalist Emily Padfield "if it's an all-round pickup you want, then the Navara is your best bet".
She writes that the model has a range of features that makes it good for both off and on-road use.
In the latest model, the 2.5 litre, four-cylinder turbo diesel comes with a fuel injection alongside a new turbo and cylinder head, which helps boost performance while improving fuel economy.
"Putting out 188hp at 4000rpm, power is no problem with the Navara, with torque measuring a healthy 450Nm at 2000rpm," says Ms Padfield.
Off-road the vehicle is "more than capable thanks to it's utilitarian chassis and suspension", she writes.
However, she does point out that, at £27,300 for the model she tested, the price may be a bit high for some, perhaps suggesting pickup truck leasing may be a more attractive and affordable option.
