Many pickup truck drivers may be unaware that new legislation is to be introduced next year which will change a number of elements of motoring including regulations over eyesight.

Holders of commercial vehicle licences will have to have their eyes tested every five years, and even private owners of pickup trucks and cars will need to get their eyes tested every ten years.

Specsavers, one of the High Street's best known opticians, is offering a free guide to the new legislation, through their corporate division.
