Drivers 'fed up with hold ups'

People getting behind the wheel of Ford Ranger pickup trucks may be all too familiar with a list of road users' biggest hates when motoring during summer.

According to a survey conducted Manheim Auctions, getting stuck behind a tractor or caravan is the biggest grievance drivers have in the fairest season, closely followed by traffic jams that are often a regular site on bank holiday weekends.

The firm's marketing director Craig Mailey suggested that although "no one likes to get stuck behind slow moving traffic" motorists can take some action to minimise the potential for further issues arising.

"Check your tyre pressures, oil and water levels and make sure you have enough fuel before you set off," he advised.

A lack of air conditioning was cited as another issue, but this is something those conducting Ford Ranger pickup truck leasing may be unfamiliar with, thanks to the feature being fitted as standard.
